Fibia want to have the highest possible customer satisfaction from day one!

For Fibia, the goal and focus were, to be able to offer the very best from day one. They want to offer all private households a free onsite installation of the CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) and make sure everything works before the technician leaves the customer.

Onitio have hired a team of dedicated onsite technicians, who will do the installation of the CPE equipment, measure the WIFI signal in house and make sure that all TV stations and settings are functioning as promised.

Fibia have been one of the driving forces behind the spread of fiber networks in Denmark since 2010 and are among Denmark's largest. They have been installed fiber networks in large parts of Zealand, the islands and East Jutland, which means that they have passed more than 500.000 households and businesses with fiber networks and have more than 230.000 customers across Denmark.

Fibia is the name of NRGi's and ANDEL's joint fiber network company, who provides internet access- and content with their WAOO products.
In a survey by Loyalty Group International, WAOO is the provider that scores the highest value for money, network stability and its overall speed. This gives them their well-deserved stamp as the best internet company in Denmark, 12 years in a row.
